Please allow up to 10-15 business days for all orders to process.

 

Incorrect address

Kindly ensure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for verifying its correctness. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Stock

If the desired item is not in stock, it can take 2-3 weeks before receiving your order. You will receive a Track and Trace code in your e-mail inbox once your order is ready to ship. We advise all customers to order hair well in advance to accomodate any unforeseen circumstances.

Items in stock take 2-3 business days for shipping.

Kindly refrain from requesting tracking updates or information regarding your order unless the agreed-upon processing time for the order has passed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after the order has been processed.

Standard shipping in the Netherlands

After an order is in the hands of POSTNL, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems. Please note that during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc. your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive.

Rest of the world/International

After an order is in the hands of DHL Express, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems. Please note that during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc. your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive. Your shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
