 Incorrect address

Kindly ensure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for verifying its correctness. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Stock

If the desired item is not in stock, it can take 2-3 weeks before receiving your order. You will receive a Track and Trace code in your e-mail inbox once your order is ready to ship. We advise all customers to order hair well in advance to accomodate any unforeseen circumstances.

Items in stock take 2-3 business days for shipping.

Kindly refrain from requesting tracking updates or information regarding your order unless the agreed-upon processing time for the order has passed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after the order has been processed.

Standard shipping in the Netherlands

After an order is in the hands of POSTNL, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems. Please note that during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc. your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive.

After an order is in the hands of DHL Express, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems. Please note that during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc. your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive. Your shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

We accept eligible returns requested within 7 days of receiving your item. This will only apply to full price items. Discounted sale items and pre-order items are excluded. All sale are final en pre-orders are custom made orders

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• have the original Silque Lengths package still intact (all tags, labels and binds)
• the bundles must not be altered in any way (cut, coloured, brushed/combed out, bleached)
• never worn
• any free items/gifts must also be included with the returned items
• proof of purchase or receipt

If your items do not meet these standards, your refund will be rejected.

Kindly contact us at hi@silquelengths.com with your full name and order number to request a refund. If your return is approved you will be sent the return address via email. There are no refunds on items which have not been returned to our specified returns address and not without initial assessment. Please be aware that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. 

We recommend you use a shipping method that is tracked, insured and weighted. You are responsible for ensuring your order gets back to us, to receive a refund. The refund will be processed once the item is received in hand and meets all requirements. Please allow 7 working days to process the refund.
